system in the Rje\u010dina River"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The first phase of our monitoring system in the Rje\u010dina River estuary is now installed, thanks to funding from Croatian Science Foundation and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geolux-radars.com\/\">Geolux<\/a>!\u00a0\u00a0We now have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One tidal station at the Port of Rijeka&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf0a\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/15.1\/1f30a\/72.png\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One hydrological station upstream measuring both water levels and discharges&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf27\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/15.1\/1f327_fe0f\/72.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This advanced system will give us deeper insights into tidal dynamics and river inflows at our&nbsp;pilot site, helping us uncover the mechanisms behind compound flooding in coastal rivers.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\"
